This page shows you some of the hiking trails we'll take during Photo Tour # 2 (Drive and Hike), as well as
Photo Tour # 3 (Private Tours where Hiking is also preferred). We've had a few people struggle on the hikes
themselves, so please be sure that you're able to handle these trails physically (uneven footing, rocks, roots,
damp trails etc), and, are fit enough to walk up trails like these for at least 5-12 minutes straight. People with
knee and back problems, or who've had recent surgery and/or are out of hiking shape, would probably be
happier with choosing Photo Tour # 1 (Drive and Walk) which does have a couple of light-hike locations as
well. (Plus you do get out to walk around and photograph on every stop we make on that tour). Private tours
can be customized to fit your specific circumstances, preferences and limitations. Just be sure to let us know.
Our Kauai Photo Tour Hiking locations are all relatively short in duration (just 5-12 minutes each way), so you
don't have to be a super-fit marathoner to enjoy taking our hiking tours. But to help ensure that everybody taking
our photo tours get the most enjoyment out of them, please be sure to make an honest evaluation of your own true
capabilities and limitations before deciding which Photo Tour to book.
