The Big Island . . .

is over 4,000 sq miles and growing do to volcanic land additions from Kilauea, the worlds most active volcano. It's a geographic wonderland housing exhibts as varied as black-sand beaches,   volcanic rivers, snow capped mountain peaks, rugged high cliffs, and Mauna Kea the largest mountain on earth if you measure from the ocean floor. (33,476 feet vs. Mt. Everest 29,035 feet). The Big Island is enjoyed for so many of its' sites; It's magnificent beaches, powerful coastlines, peerless astronomy and ancient history all come to mind.

Aloha and enjoy the Big Island's rich and interesting diversity.
